- 9:00 a.m. Samu garden or Samu household "simply do in motion "
- 10:30 a.m.: 40 min zazen
- 11:15 a.m.: Samu kitchen *
- 12:30 p.m.: contemplation and lunch
- 2:30 p.m.: zazen 25 min
- 3:30 p.m. : snack making/ breakfast the next day
- 4:00 p.m.: Tea/snack
- 4:30 p.m.: body practice
- 5:00 p.m.: zazen 25 min
- 6:00 p.m. Samu kitchen
- 7:00 p.m.: contemplation and dinner

* the Samu is time to practice the kitchen, garden, household in the spirit of doing just that

10:40 a.m. Denkoroku study with Nyojo from the Poitiers dojo (Skype Dojo de la grande tranquillité )*
12:00 p.m. meal preparation
1:00 p.m. Oryoki meal

** Intermittent fasting allows digestive functions to rest by not ingesting food for 12 to 4 p.m. (from the day before until lunch) .
