The authorization to use the name and the principles attached to it must be renewed for each of the chosen media  with the obligation to refer to the concept as a whole and to mention the name of Valérie Duvauchelle each time it is used:

-  Regarding the workshops:  put an internet link directed to the official website of: http://  lacuisinedelabienveillance.org on all documents or media  announcing the workshops  preceded by the phrase "the kitchen of the  benevolence is a concept developed by Valérie duvauchelle  covering various aspects to discover here"

- Regarding publications:  any paper edition including press articles, essays, books  must show  the name of Valérie Duvauchelle as well as a link to the site of  the kitchen of benevolence.preceded by practice  "The kitchen of benevolence is a concept developed by Valérie Duvauchelle covering various aspects to discover here".  Plus any book edition  mentioning the name  benevolence cuisine and its principles must be validated by Valérie Duvauchelle.

- Concerning the audio visual and the  multimedia: all video support must have a credits mentioning the link of the site of the kitchen of benevolence preceded by the sentence "the kitchen of benevolence is a concept developed by Valérie Duvauchelle covering various aspects to discover here" and its content must be submitted with the authorization of Valérie Duvauchelle, moreover the selected distribution media must also be subject to her authorization.

- Finally, Valérie Duvauchelle entirely and alone reserves the authorization to transmit professional training in the name of benevolent cooking.

This is to protect the concept of benevolent cuisine and to be able to benefit transparently from everyone's experiences while preserving the common objective placed above the personalities.
