This workshop explores textures and tastes borrowed from  japan based on the ingredients used for our vegan or gluten-free pastries. 

It is  the opportunity to discover another spirit, that of the elegance of  sobriety, the pleasurable feeling of purity and bodily well-being.

During each session you will learn a "layered" recipe that can be declined and reproduced.

The spirit of these desserts  being to always remain in harmony with its natural environment, the menu is thought out  in accordance with the emotion of each  season.



Information and conditions:

One pastry per session / 45 euros for the 1h30 workshop and tasting


October 8: dance around the pear and pumpkin (depending on the chef's inspiration and the quality of the products of the day, this menu is subject to change)


The minimum number of registrants being 5 if this quota was not  reached another date will be offered throughout 2015.
